 We're finally here . A month of pure footballing brilliance leads down to one last battle at the home of British football. It's the Final of Euro 2020 at Wembley and it promises to be an indelible final.  Euro 2020 has now reached fever pitch and we cannot wait to see how it all pans out. The Round of 16 offered us crazy non-stop entertainment that kept us at the edge of our seats. From Italy's Extra time revival to Switzerland stunning France the Euros have well and truly lived up to expectation. Nothing compares to tournament drama .  France was given a friendly reminder that football is played on the pitch and no one is assured of victory. The Spanish were given one hell of a scare by Croatia who came from 3-1 down to tie it up in normal time . England somewhat surprised their own fans by edging Germany in what was a tight encounter. Czech's stunned the Dutch while Ukraine's fight proved too much for Sweden. Belgium did a professional job to dump out Portugal leaving a new king to be throned this month.  Football fans all over the world are living a dream .  Euro 2020 has reached the part we all love . The emotion filled knockout stages that bring the very best out of players and staff who are driven by the passion to make their country proud. This is where memories are made , this is where legends are born . We cannot also forget to mention the penalty shootout.  It's been a brilliant eleven days of football with already some great matches played. Wales vs Turkey , Netherlands vs Ukraine and Denmark vs Belgium stand out but there's been plenty of drama to go with it. The unfortunate incident involving Christian Eriksen will be heavily remembered but the unity shown by the football nation was beautiful to see.  A year on from the scheduled kick off Euro 2020 is here! The delay doesn't damper any excitement for the tournament far from it , we can't wait for it to start.  Let's preview what to expect.  Euro groups  The big news first , Karim Benzema's return to the French National Team after a five year hiatus . Make no mistake about it, the French were already favourites for the tournament but this makes them massive massive favourites for the trophy. He adds to an already star-studded side that consists largely of the team that triumphed three years ago in Russia. He adds world class movement, finishing quality and the anticipation that has made him one of the best strikers of his generation. A front three of Benzema , Mbappe and Griezman sends shivers down opposition spines. Dedier Deschamps has seemed to switch to a 4-3-1-2 to accommodate Benzema and partner him with Mbappe .  For 25 minutes on the final day of the season Arsenal's slim hopes of making it into Europe seemed a not too far fetched idea. Tottenham were losing 2-1 to Leicester and as it stood Arsenal were in Europe. They could make it into the illustrious Uefa Conference league , a competition not even Real Madrid have won. On serious note though ,Arsenal fans dared to hope. Well some of them but a majority we're content being out of Europe for the first time in 25years.  It was an old foe who condemned Arsenal to another eighth place finish and a season out of Europe. Gareth Bale struck twice in the final ten minutes to ensure spurs finished above Arsenal for yet another season.
